Hi, just wanted to let people know about a weight loss program that I am involved in, I lost my last 5 kilos by following it and it worked and my boy friends mum used it twenty years ago and lost over 20 kilos!! She only told me the other day and i was so happy to hear... You have two shakes a day and replace breakfast and lunch to lose weight, one shake a day and replace breakfast to maintain your weight , and add three shakes a day to your meals to gain weight.
