    Lightbulb HEALTHY AND FRESH WRAPS

We love making wraps at home, we use pita bread, you can heat the pita bread if you like but we have it fresh. We put lean meat in them with raw veggies like kale, grated carrot, red onion, mushrooms, tomato, cucumber, capsicum or peppers, you can put so much in them!! we also use curry spice mix or Portuguese spice mix before we grill the meat for a big flavour hit , and some low fat sour cream if the spice mix is very spicy!! Always yummy and refreshing.

Do you make or purchase the "Portuguese Spice Mix?" If you buy it, any special brand? If you make it, can you give a rough approximation of the ingredients?
Also, what type of lean meat do you and your family like the best? I would like to try this recipe with fish and the Spicy Portagee Mix!

Hi, fish would be great!! we mostly use chicken breast slices with no skin. i love the "master foods range" and "pataks" range , it is like a paste..p.s you only need about three tablespoons of the paste to about 3 breasts of chicken!! very spicey!!
    cheers
