We love making wraps at home, we use pita bread, you can heat the pita bread if you like but we have it fresh. We put lean meat in them with raw veggies like kale, grated carrot, red onion, mushrooms, tomato, cucumber, capsicum or peppers, you can put so much in them!! we also use curry spice mix or Portuguese spice mix before we grill the meat for a big flavour hit , and some low fat sour cream if the spice mix is very spicy!! Always yummy and refreshing.![]()
