ME OVER 30 KILOS HEAVIER AND PREGNANT



Happily eating for two maybe three maybe four , ha ha planting in our vegetable garden x x x After the birth of our son Madden I was 86 kilos. I am now at date 57 kilos and toning up and feeling very healthy. I don't want to lose any more weight , just maintain my weight and health for the long term, which is proving to be quite easy following herbal life.

Another great way to add healthy fats and have a healthy snack would be to add a small handfull of nuts each day for a snack as well..


COLOURFUL AND HEALTHY DINNERS
Colourful and healthy dinners is a great template to follow to support your weight loss or nutrition needs, on your plate you need carbs from whole grains, good fats and proteins from tuna or salmon or lean meat and half the plate is vegetables or salad that you make as colourful as possible only a quarter of the plate should be meat or fish , that's all you need... if you want your salad sweeter you can add grated carrot to it that is what we like to do in our house and it is yummy with out added dressings..



DRINKING WATER
Drinking filtered water is very important if you are not having at least two litres a day then your body will not sufficiently run properly and definitely will not recuperate properly after exercise....



TIPS FOR THE SHAKES

You can use soy milk instead of cows milk so it is even lower in fat content and you can make them into smooties by adding you favourite fruit to the shake in a blender which is really yummy and fresh great for summer!!
